Frequently asked questions

Is there a workout everyday?
  • We follow a 3 days on 1 day off routine.
  • You can complete the workouts in full or in part. It is designed to be very flexible.
  • It will compliment other activities or sports.
Can I workout at home or does it have to be in the gym?
  • Either works great. A gym will have equipment which gives you the most options
  • Space at home or outside will work just fine.
Do I need equipment?

  • the workouts are designed to be completed with bodyweight movements and light/medium weights e.g dumbbells, kettlebells or household items, rucksack, bottles etc
  • access to gym equipment is an advantage as it gives you the most options.
  • a timer app is worth downloading
I have injuries - can I still workout?
  • The program is designed for those able and in pain free shape.
  • Please get in touch with any questions regarding injuries and the program.
  • Another option is to take some Personal Training to cater for specific injuries.
  • As a disclaimer, the workouts are recommendations and by opting in your accept responisibilty for your outcomes.
I have never trained before - is the workout right for me?
  • Absolutely. The workouts are designed for beginners in an easy to follow format
  • If you cannot do an exercise technique or experience pain simply leave it out, switch for something else and move on.
I am training for a sport is this workout OK for me?
  • Yes, the workouts are full body strength and conditioning so will compliment other sports as well as general health and fitness goals.
Can I cancel the subscription or is there a contract?
  • The programs are sold as monthly subscriptions.
  • There is no fixed term commitment, it runs on a rolling monthly basis.
  • It will be charged each month until cancelled.
