Specifically tailored for seniors aged 60+, this program features appropriate volume and intensity to support functional strength, fitness, and overall health. This is a beginners program with the scope to grow into more challenging workouts.
Tech friendly format, workouts provide detailed written guidance along with video demonstrations, session objectives, and thorough explanations. Chose from whatsapp, e-mail to receive the daily workouts.
